We’ve got some winners to announce too! First up: the winner of the love story film giveaway from Imprint Cinema! We loved getting to read all your amazing love stories, but a winner had to be chosen!
There was a random selection and the winner is Liz! This is her sweet love story: Scott and I met almost 6 years ago after leading parallel lives. We grew up a few blocks away from each other, went to the same high school, had mutual friends (two of my best friends are even his friends’ younger sisters!) We never knew who the other was until a mutual friend introduced us my freshman year, and we’ve been together ever since. We knew we wanted to get married after our first 6 months together, but we were so young so we waited…and waited
I knew a proposal was imminent last summer, and thought for sure Scott would pop the question on any number of romantic occasions (his birthday vacation with my family, a trip just the two of us, on our anniversary, etc.) Each came and went with no ring in sight, and I gave up my hopeful weekly manicures. Of course, he’d been planning in secret for months and on a random Thursday surprised me with a fancy dinner invitation, a private dining room, rose petals on the table, and the wait staff bringing me long stemmed red rose after rose. When I had an impressive bouquet, he got down on one knee with the ring he designed and I sob/shouted YES! It was better than any of the proposals I’d imagined and I can’t wait to marry him
Liz, Imprint Cinema and I will be contacting you for your prize! Congrats! And thanks so much for everyone who entered!
We also need to announce the winner of the Vintage Wedding Style book giveaway! A winner was randomly selected and it is Jessica B! Congrats! I will be emailing you soon!

I am absolutely in love with the Vintage-looking Toms with the peacock feather. I found the picture on Pinterest, and was wondering if they were a DIY project or if someone bought them that way?? They MUST be on my feet when I get married in May! :)
