Green Southern Summer Wedding

If you are ready for summer and sunshine, today’s seafoam green southern wedding is just what you need! The bride’s floral wedges are fun and flirty, perfect for an outdoor wedding. I love the summery bouquets as well. But the best detail? The bride’s smile. Seriously, it is so contagious!

The radiant bride Missy shares:

We both love to be outdoors and loved the chapel at the 4H Center when we saw it. It sits nestled in a naturally wooded area … it was just so us! I wore my mother’s veil paired with a delicate lace gown. We wanted the reception to be a fun time–a celebration!

We both have family and friends from Georgia, so we wanted to entertain for sure. We collected bottles/ jars for months to use for the tables at the wedding. Our florists filled them with simple berries and hydrangeas. Our hope was that people would take one home with them creating a personalized and unique favor!

Together, Olexa’s Catering and Rose Gate created a rustic layout for our reception. Our menu con sited of heavy hors d’oeuvres like roast beef sliders, shrimp and artisan cheese plates. My favorite detail was our sweet tea table stocked with fresh mint!

I adore the bouquets! Such a gorgeous combinations accenting the hydrangeas in the bridesmaids bunches and the soft tones of the brides are lovely. I've always had a thing for peach and sage green.
Excellent job, Alisha Crossley Photography, in capturing those beautiful moments and details!
