A Handmade Mountain Wedding
January 31, 2013Today I’m sharing a sweet and simple Washington mountain wedding that you are bound to fall in love with! It’s hard to find a more gorgeous setting than their ceremony site. There are some cute handmade details too, my favorite is the little tag on her bouquet!
The beautiful bride Emily give us the details:
During the planning process Adam and I focused on the over arching purpose of our wedding which was to be married! We definitely lived by the motto “don’t sweat the small stuff” and focused on throwing a fun party for our family and friends. We wanted our wedding to be simple yet romantic and utilized the beauty that our venue offered and played off that.
We both enjoyed ourselves throughout the day and picking one part is hard! Points that really stand out to me would be the time I shared with my girls while getting ready sharing lots of laughs and the excitement I felt walking down the aisle and seeing my husband at the end! The overwhelming love felt that day from everyone will always stand out to me.

Warmth, atmosphere, relax, love, a barn, fairy lights, rustic-chic florals and an amazing wedding cake on a fabulous cake stand - could a wedding be better than this?
- oh and I forgot about that adorable charm with their names on it attached to the bridal bouquet. A touch of utter romance!
