I was so excited to give my friends Sharon and Jay a custom Austin, TX poster for their wedding. It has their names and date on it as well as the Austin skyline.

I would say my favorite item that I'm looking forward to would be the time spent with family and friends on the big day. Gifts are great, but the people who you share the special day with will make it spectacular.

I am a recent newlywed! My husband and I got married on July 7, 2012. The greatest gift we received that day was all of the love and support from our closest friends and family. We waited 10 years to get married and everyone in attendance referred to our wedding as the "wedding of the decade." There was so much love surrounding us! It was the most beautiful gift we could have ever received.

My wedding is Sept 1 of this year. The gift I'm most excited about is being able to celebrate our wedding with people we love, friends and family. It really warms my heart that they are coming to celebrate a sacred time in our lives!

I am excited to get a living room set of antique furniture for the wedding, which I am getting as an early present so that it can be featured at the wedding as well. They will make for a great area where guests can mingle and I can hopefully spend some quality time with family and friends

I am most looking forward to getting a kitchen aid mixer. But to be honest I am most excited about the out of the ordinary gifts people put together...they are beyond my imagination right now, but I know they will happen.

Our friends helped set up and decorate (lighting 200 candles!) the space where my fiance proposed. They took photos of the whole event and they are compiling a book for us to remember the day we got engaged. I am so excited to see the photos since I wasn't there for any of the prep work and I don't have any photos from that night. I'm sure it will bring back all of the love and emotion that the day was filled with.

My best gift I recieved at my wedding was the pies that my two best friends made for our reception. :)They slaved in the kitchen for two days making and baking my pies. I will never be able to tell them how much that ment to me.

my favorite gift is actually wedding lingerie! I hadn't requested any because I thought the idea was pretty awkward but when I actually got some anyway, I fell in love with it!

A friend of my in-laws gave us a Tiffany pitcher. It's SO not my style to splurge on something like for myself, but unwrapping that signature blue box after the wedding was just a fun, girly moment for me!

I'm getting married on October 6th of this year, and I'm most excited to get a customized album of our wedding photos, and to then gift some of my favorite photos to our friends and family who were able to come out and share our special day with us! The photos will let us relive our favorite moments (and some moments we may have even missed or overlooked that day), over and over again.

Our wedding hasn't even happened yet and I already got my favorite gift!!! My mom and aunts gave me my grandmother's wedding ring to use as a wedding band. It's beautiful and old and my grandpa had it specially made for her. My heart melts every time I open the box to look at it!!!

favorite gift was a piece of art. I used to live above an art gallery in college, and when I graduated, my mom bought a piece that we had seen in the window the day that we moved in. sentimental, thoughtful and so beautiful!

My wedding is October 13th this year. I am very excited about a lot of things! We have been engaged for two years, so the best part will be finally getting married with all of our family and friends sharing this special time with us! I am also extremely excited for my sister's gift to us. She is painting us a tree on a large canvas that we are going to use for a fingerprint guest book. I can't wait to hang it up in our house!
