A Rustic Chic Desert Wedding | Part 2

And how sweet are these details? I am in love with the simple and chic centerpieces, and I think this is one of my all time favorite cakes! What detail do you love?

Our bride April shares:

Weddings are beautiful. They are this one amazing day in which all the daydreams you’ve been saving since childhood finally come to life for you and the people you love. Our wedding was beautiful. But it wasn’t the beauty that I will cherish. My husband and I, with our families, came together to create every perfect detail of our wedding. This is why our wedding was beautiful; this is why it was perfect.

My father hand made every wooden box to hold our flowers. My mother hand sewed the lace on to the canopy we stood under to say our vows. My brother created our save-the-dates, invitations and our programs. From the burlap banners to the centerpieces, every detail of our wedding was hand crafted with love by us and the people we love.  Our families came together to support and nurture our vision which showed us they supported our decision to marry.

I will never forget the abundant out-pouring of love and support from our incredible friends and family.
